Individual groups many have some restrictions which are mandated by the Leaders
of the Group due to age related content.
Our communities are attractive to mature readers and literary content is for
teens and older.
 | Registered Members generally have a voice in the direction
of the group:
 | Book Selections- Only recognized participants should
nominate or vote on Book Selections for the group. |
| Chat Times- If the group needs to adjust its chat
times, only recognized participants generally have a say in any changes. |
| Email - Leaders are encouraged to maintain privacy by
sending email bcc, and to never abuse their use of email. Only
recognized participants will receive email updates related to the group.
Members registered at E-Groups or other listservs acknowledge that they
can set their individual preferences at that site to maintain their own
comfort level.

| We suggest you only join groups you have time to do the
reading for. On the average, groups discuss from 1-2 books a month, but some
groups may take monthes on a particular author's book.
We encourage participation in these book discussions via chat,
message board, email, or web site posting. While its not expected that members
read EVERY book or go to EVERY chat, we do encourage you to participate as often
as you can to get the most pleasure out of your groups.

we try to maintain
relatively active groups at
this website, there is
always a possibility that a
particular group is
currently inactive or on
hiatus. We are not
responsible for listings
that are out of date because
unless someone makes a point
of telling us there is a
problem, we would rarely be
aware of it. The best
solution is to email the
leader, the main contact of
a specific group. If you are
having a problem making
contact-- PLEASE email me
and I will try to resolve
it.
